Mr. Rubin is an entrepreneur with extensive managerial experience in the telecom and Hi-Tech industries. He began his career with Israel’s Ministry of Finance, privatizing government companies, and served as a state representative on the Board of Directors for Mekorot – the Israeli Water Company, among other companies. Over the last 15 years, Mr. Rubin has held executive managerial positions in leading companies such as Orange Israel (Israel’s leading cellular operator) and Comverse Technologies. Before joining Galcon, Mr. Rubin was co-founder and CEO of an internet based company. Mr. Rubin has an MBA and BA in Economics and Political Science (with Honors) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Ms Razili has significant experience and expertise in the guidance and oversight of the production of complex, advanced technology systems. From 1968-1994, Ms. Razili held numerous managerial positions at Kibbutz Kfar Blum, including General Secretary of the Kibbutz, overseeing its domestic and economic affairs. As Galcon’s plant manager from 1994-2002, she directed multi-faceted production lines, developing Galcon’s industry leading manufacturing capabilities. Ms. Razili held the position of Galcon CEO from 2002 – 2010. She holds a BA in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Mr. Zakman joined Galcon in 2013.
Before joining Galcon, he served as VP Finance and CFO in a Nirosoft Industries LTD, an international water and waste water treatment company.
Mr. Zakman has a wide experience in finance and accounting. He worked for Deloitte, one of the big four accounting firms in Israel and acted as CFO in two additional food and beverage companies.
Mr. Zakman is a licensed CPA (Israel) and has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Economics from Haifa University
Hadad EliranVP R&D
Eliran is Galcon R&D Manager since January 2017
Eliran joined Galcon as Senior Software Developer in 2014 and was responsible for the server side development, and especially on the radio based systems.
Eliran holds a Bachelor Degree in Software Engineering and currently studies toward his Master degree.
Before joining Galcon, Eliran served the IDF as an officer ranked Captain.
Levinson RoyGalcon USA, CEO
Mr. Levinson joined Galcon in 2011 when he was tasked with establishing direct presence for Galcon in North America through the creation of a wholly owned subsidiary. Today, Galcon USA sells its products in the US and Canada.
Before joining Galcon, Mr. Levinson was responsible for a team at Rain Bird Services Corporation where they sold Water Management Services and Irrigation Central Control products.
Prior to joining the world of irrigation, Mr. Levinson held several Executive Level positions at two different companies that offered specialty contracting services.
Mr. Levinson holds a BS in Business Administration from SFSU.
Grinvald NatiVP International Sales
Mr. Grinvald joined Galcon in 2011 and was responsible of Latin America & Iberia market for 5 years, including establishment of Technical Support Network, penetration to new markets, and establishment of Galcon subsidiary in Chile.
Prior to joining Galcon, Nati served as Sales & Marketing Manager in Domain du Castel Winery and Partner Communication Company.
Mr. Grinvald holds a BA in Political Science & Middle East Studies from Tel Aviv University and a MA in Business Administration & Marketing.
Shaul TinskyGalcon Israel Manager
Shaul is responsible for the fields of residential gardening, Turf & Landscape and agriculture in the Israeli market.
Before joining Galcon, Shaul held several sales and marketing managerial positions in leading irrigation companies as: Netafim and Dorot Valves.
Shaul acts out of determination, initiation and innovation in order to increase market share and provide optimal service to his customers.
Shaul holds B.A in Business Administration, specializes in marketing from Ruppin Academic Center.
